I work 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday,
Get home by train around 7pm,
Then drive my car to the gym, Get home around 9pm. i surf net, fb, stream some netflix, rent Bluray (netflix - they ship over myself). Do grocery once a week but sometime on the weekend.

If i dont workout then i might be have a dinner with friends, or i take rest on that day.
