    Numbers don't mean a thing... I can have a 888 number plate, but if I don't do nothing, I don't get nothing obviously.

    Everytime I see a "888" i take a guess whether the driver will be asian.

    I dunno I kind of believe in luck, and well I always liked the number 8 :] so I wouldnt mind. haha. maybe Im one of those guys with ABC888 =P.. but the downside is its alot easier to get tickets cause easy to remember.

    When I got my license plates for the 1st time and it had an 8 in it and my parent were so happy, lol. :xd:

    my first and current plates included "SFH"
    i memorized it by using sh*t f**k h*LL... lol
    i did also have a 8 in the number but i dont see it as a luck thing or asian thing -cool2

    Brother had this before. I thought it was cheesy but I don't have a problem with other people doing it. But I wouldn't do it myself.

    Lol I didn't even know such a thread existed. Anyways, it's interesting to see people's superstition with the number 8. Every single car in Markham, except for 1% of cars, have an 8 in their plate. And it just so happens that the majority are asians lol

    I dont think anything of the people specifically, its up to them what they have on their number plate, although I do have a relative with 888, I just think oh cool they have a personalised number plate instead of a generic one.
