A translation wouldn't hurt I think I have seen this one before, but I prefer my method since it is using the authentic PPS which I hope is less risky in regards to viruses and trojans.
There's a way to unlock the hidden channels in PPStream to watch the TVB series, no need any executable just do the following steps. The following step showing how to by pass the PPS limitation watching Hong Kong and Taiwan series on WINDOWS 7 . Step 1: Go to C:Users[username]AppDataRoaming PPStream and looking for ppsarea.ini and psnetwork.ini. Or another shortcut is go to Run than enter %APPDATA% > ENTER Step 2: Open these files and replace the content with the following content 1.） file name: ppsarea.ini [areainfo] servertime=1318520564 localtime=1318520576 country=4S4K3ZM3XU area=4WGY5ZFYTQ province=42YZ72ELR4 city=4WGZPZF2VQ net=42KZT2ECWLT33EI ip=3526115369 . 2.) file name: psnetwork.ini [areainfo] ret_code=200 last_tick=1051906 country=4S4K3ZM3XU area=4WGY5ZFYTQ province=42YZ72ELR4 city=4WGZPZF2VQ net=42KZT2ECWLT33EI ip=692071634ut=1318520576 . Step 3: Save the file and than right click on the file > property > check on READ ONLY check box > Apply > OK . Step 4: Rerun the PPS again, than you will see the latest Hong Kong and Taiwan series on the program list. ENJOY IT

You could try my method above and see if that works. It's just a matter of going to the site and clicking on the link. Edit: Doesn't work on my Android tablet :(
I updated the tvbj2.txt file which now also contains TVB HD, but I also removed a few channels that were not working anymore. The streams are not playing smoothly for me anymore though compared to when I tested them a week ago.
Just watched some TVB Jade and TVB HD using the tvbj2 links. They are working very smoothly. The same can't be said about the link from 3ptv.cn which does not work at all. It is really strange considering the tvbj2 stream is from 3ptv. Btw, is there a specific way to watch videos from the tvbj2 web site? Each channel I click on doesn't load and there is some web page that shows in the space the videos would show. Can't tell what it is. Most of the page is cut off.
I just came across the same problem, even with the latest version of BETV. I tried to fix it by enable the BETV application to be "unblock" by the windows firewall--but it does not work. More strictly speaking, BETV works if I use the admin account in windows. but if I login as regular user, the "count-down of the channel list persists. How can I resolve this problem with BETV?
The streams on the tvbj2 page seem to be down, instead you get this partial webpage that you are referring to. Strange though since the direct links seem to work fine and smoothly today. Btw, tvbj2 and 3ptv use different streams. Nope. For now you are stuck with the Guangzhou News channel (广州新闻台). To be honest I am wondering if it's really a news channel though. Never saw any news on that channel If BETV is installed in "Program Files", then try to reinstall it somewhere outside of the "Program Files" folder. If I recall, you also get that problem if there are permission issues to read some of the BETV files.
The links in tvb2j.txt seems to be working. But, I only tried TVB HD one. However, it loses sound for a few seconds sometimes with the picture still running...
tvb2j is working i tried tvb hd and tvb but how can i sent it to gomplayer or vlc player to make the screen bigger
