A close friend moved away ... we have known each other for 10++ years. We don't hang out alot / all the time; but, it's one of those close friends where if we need each other, the other will be there - no doubt about it. I have known this day is coming for the past 3 months; but, somehow when the day got here, I still can't help feeling lost and down. It's like I'm all alone now and a little panic is setting in. What happens when I'm in trouble now? Who's going to come to my aid? Part of life ... friends come and go; but, I think I'm going to miss this friend alot ...
Technology is advance. Though if its far away, you may not be able to meet face to face, but keep in contact by phone, msn, skype, webcam.. w/e. You two can still help each other out when either one of you needs help.
lol you need your friend for aid?? i have different kind of friends.. hang out friends, club friends, close friends, text friends, phone friends, game friends, facebook friends.. lol
That is so true, I have friends that I do certain things with but I think I have only a hand full of really close friends that I have known for 10+ years. And we still hang out and stuff but not as much as when we were in school. As we get older, some friends will move away or ourselves and relationships will not be as close as it used to, we'll all be meaning new friends etc. It's just life.
I guess this happen to everyone when a very close friend move away. As long as you can take it well and most of importantly is keep in touch.
