I'm curious, I've never been a sports console game fan, and never understood the appeal in an annual game release of the same series. Can someone clarify? Aside from minor new features and new players/GMs, the mechanics and content seems repetitive. Please clarify for a sports console game n00b.
The content is pretty much the same. They say they've improved gameplay (which isn't always neccessarily true). But new animations, new features for sure. I guess the main reason why people buy the annual release of the game is online play. Once NHL 13 comes out, most people will play online there instead of NHL 12. Yes some will still be at NHL 12, but the good players will usually move on to 13.
just curious as i am kind of biased, but do any non-kings/impartial-to-kings fans think this is a clean hit? tough call here.
Like the announcer said, his knee didn't move as he hit him. He slightly redirected in the direction of the hit, but he didn't lead it in an obvious way. However there's another thing that caught my eye... If you pay attention to the movement of his elbows, he didn't seem to have the intention of hitting body to body, but rather aiming towards the head area, elbow first. In regard to the knee on knee, I think that's a difficult call.
Devils and Kings Stanley Cup Finals. Two teams that I've actually never expected to meet up in the finals at day 1 playoffs. First surprise was the Kings outplayed the top 3 seeded teams. Crazy. Devils&Panthers.. it was like 50/50. It's normal for Devils to win. With them playing the Flyers & them against the Penguins.. most though Flyers would dominate the Devils. Devils beat them.. and the Rangers. Rangers have big guys, blocking shots, great goaltending. Still beat them. Really 2 teams I've never expected.. & I wanted Devils to advance against the Rangers. But for the final two teams, as much as i want Brodeur to have another Cup to his name.. i want the Kings to win.
i missed this ..was watching NBA -lol sick goal...i dont watch Kopitar alot but for a big guy he skates very well and has nice hands. very underrated cause he's on the LA Kings.

Two bills only? shiiieett... That's a regular season seat price for a leafs game in a shitty section of the arena lol. But I highly recommend it. Not sure how LA fans are, but the atmosphere is amazing.
atmosphere here is just as great there i'd like to hope. i've been to a regular season game in the past and it was an awesome experience. paid about $110 for mid-level seats. shitty sections run about $20 here lol. i probably won't go to game 4...no one to go with. :( please let this be true. i need a parade to go to!
