according to wiki the chances of having an identical twin is 3/1000 or 0.003%, so the chances of having identical twins back to back is 0.0009%!
That was only if it was through natural means of conceiving kids. As mentioned in the article, she went through with IVF meaning these chances, probably don't apply.
