USA most medals, China most gold medals. Over the past few Olympics, the most interesting events are the swimming and driving. It's also fun to watch the track and fields, not the marathon (too long). I hope the Basketball and Soccer would be competitive.

Ceremony was pretty impressive, I'm pretty sure that there will be vids on youtube for you to catch up on later. Going to follow FOOTBALL (soccer to the Americans), CYCLING, TENNIS, Boxing and some of the Athletics I guess. COME ON TEAM GB!!!
you should watch the highlights!! i thought it was impressive as well. a lot of symbolism and the ceremony was a big testament to the UK's history.
