Initial comment: Theme song is out...not the right type of song...90s rhythm and classic series. Kent Cheng...tone is out...too loud on certain parts. Wayne Lai...speaks too fast...no proper facial impression.
1-2 ep were great alot of Wayne moment then slow down abit from 3-5, ep 6 on going to be awsome I cant feel it....
Natalie Tong's character is annoying >=| Anyone else think so? Spoiler She's gonna turn out to be Wayne's sister tho
The drama is extremely "jumpy" where something extreme happens and if you miss an episode, you'd be like WTF happened. But overall it isn't too bad. I'm being pulled to watch this whenever a new ep come out.
Gotta double post since no one is willing to post >< I reckon Natalie Tong is Wayne's little sister, she probably got adopted by her 'dad'. Reason? She rubbed her ear the same way Wayne's little sister did when they departed.
it's going quite slowly.. luckily wayne lai is back now and some "action" should begin soon. also.. damn how i hate kent cheng, i hate his fat ugly face, reminds me of "fat cat" and whenever he gets "angry" he'll raise his voice and it will be very high pitchy....... wtf. he really thinks his acting skills is like 200% of everyone or something.
i don't think anyone is evil in this movie (except Yang Zhi San), it's politics with two parties (oldest prince vs 2nd prince). Interesting political struggles and debates
isn't it like "proven" kent cheng is indeed evil? he like said if the 2nd prince becomes the emperor, he will not really get as much power. if the 1st prince does then he will. anyhow... i STILL fking hate how kent cheng raises his voice at the end of almost every sentence now... fking fatso thinks he can "act" if he does that :S
i still think he is evil~~~ or maybe there is another bigger hidden agenda which he is schemming......
EP17/18, I did not understand some of the things he do, he is contradicting with his moves. Can someone explain? What I don't understand is that, the maiden in his house (sent by his son-in-law) told her real master. Did Kent know that she isn't real (meaning, he knows she is working for someone or is hiding something)? When Kent said "who told you this", was that sarcasm because I am sure he isn't that dumb. Another question for ep18, who is he actually working for? With all these "tie g din ha" I got confused, why did he tell his son-in-law that if Ngo Ka-nin becomes king, he will die and so will his son-in-law. I thought he is with Wayne Lai and wants Ngo Ka-Nin to be king over Lai Lok-Yi? Much appreciated for those who will answer me questions.
1--I think Fatso know she work for his son in law and the 2nd queen.. 2--Fatso trying to earning their trust by acting like that..............
fatso works for himself. if either one of the sides win, he'll get a good position. if the current crown prince (little brother) becomes king, his position won't be bad, but he worries it will be, because the crown prince's mother is a biatch and especially his uncle. that's why he is "pro" elder brother. not because he likes the older brother, or because the older brother would be a better king, but because his position would be better. *spoiler* after yesterday's episode (episode 19) he indeed got a better position. he became like one of the highest position ministers in the court.
