I was thinking the Agent represent that comedian. Can't remember his name but he usually do these silly acts. There are some YT video of him teaching Chinese/English words too like "bakchi"(probably ripped from TVB?)
So, why didn't Poon Sir rescue Pat when she was kidnapped? What is he hiding from anyway? Sry, I don't really understand Chinese.
if poon sir rescued pat, he'd never find the big bad guy. he used her (and risked her personal safety) to catch the guy. he figured he'd be able to rescue her or "nothing bad will happen to her". he never thought pat would get a needle and gang laughed upon by 4 guys (that's all we saw right? )
i know who agent is! but it looks like someone beat me to it and posted the actor already. now i want to re-watch the drama when he played a laywer....but can't remember the name...
Maybe Files of Justice if you want to go wayyyy back. After 20 years of watching TVB I'm so sad that I can tell it was Cheung Chi Kwong from the first time I listened to agent speak -_-' Just wasn't too sure because I can't read chinese credits at the end xD

ye agent surely is cheung chi kwong, kinda lame to give it away by suddenly introducing a "new guy" this late in the show. last night's episode was actually ok, besides the fact that michael miu was taking all the money so the other guys were "clean"... again, so predictable. so called "yee hei" to take everything on yourself for your "brothers" lol
ep 24, one of the best episodes so far, wouldn't be able to recognize that guy in store as Agent if I didn't read the forums lol haha

probably a gwai moved it, he was also the one who gave happy sir the information about michael miu being a black cop. he needed happy sir to keep michael miu busy so he could kill the agent and whoever it was next to the agent.

JIN is a foolio, Kate is a legit slut, especially if she has to play the roll. I must say, this plot in HIGHS AND LOWS has 'some' THE DEPARTED feel to it, but in the end, its TVB. Still, it's diff't from the 'cliche' stuff. Raymond lam is stupid.
