wow you guys bench way more than me. lmao on myself.. (shame on me) Anyway this 2 month i workout with a friends.. like 2-3times a week last 1.5hr (inclued 30mins/2miles treadmill) This 2 month i goes to gym more than my whole life combined.. (not kidding) 5'8 166lb.. (currently on low carb diet) i can bench up to 165lb..
^ well when did you start lifting? i dont think i reached the 200 marks until after 1 or 2 years of benching just saying u cant improve benching overnight and there is definitely a point when you max out.
lol i usually go to gym like 2-3times a month lmao. I do so light weight on gym. (waste time). Anyway i'm those guy that dont need to go gym but have the body that you think i go every day.. I started lifting in November.. Starting out 145lb.. now 165lb.. My November stats. I workout each body group per visit. Also 30mins or 2miles at the end. Chest 6 Back 4 Leg 4 Abs/Cardio/Shouldet 5 Rest Days 12
hahah do people tell you that to make you feel better or u tell yourself that hahaha jk anyways you can bench your own bodyweight that is good and do pullups right that is good too. Not everyone can balance cardio with lifting lol. I could never do it until this year after i learned how to do high intensity cardio like jumproping and stool (box) jumps etc. I guess you can be in good shape lol some ppl do have that natural frame can't deny that the rest of us have to train hard and maintain that diet. Next on my goal is definitely to train for better balance.

13 miles in 124:44 thats like half a marathon on the treadmill also benched 2 set 3 rep 205 and other exercises.
i really wanna focus on running now but i really do not wanna lose muscle and running that much you will get skinny. Hard to balance i don't really know what to do but eat wayyy more than usual. But yea my knees are not feeling to great now maybe because i use nike frees which are flat might need raised heel.
kinda hard to maintain your posture for 10+ miles lol but yes i heard incline is better definitely lol will probably take that step next. Anyways ran 7 miles in a little over 61 mins today thigh crapped out... And benched 205 3 reps for 3 sets 185 5 reps 2 sets 155 10 reps 1 set Did TRX, core and the usual also. Weighed 153 at scale with sweaty clothes on.
my best run so far.. 2miles in 19mins..without any break/stop.. Started out 5.5 speeds for 2mins then 6.6 until end. i weighted like 167lb my next goal is probably 3miles in 30mins..

bench 1 set 2 rep 225 havent run for 2 weeks and hit my best bench since summer 2011 nice weighed 157 at the scale gained like 5 pounds hehe. most of it good weight. did plyometric pushups and other plyo exercise [video=youtube;dDeEfMzX-eQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDeEfMzX-eQ[/video] this video inspired me although u should attempt what is shown u might go into cardiac arrest lol. Just get an idea.
