Garlic and Ginger food is good for health..

    It's a great information among allergic food . because the uses of garlic and Ginger food are very best for our health and skin . I have a very simple recipe for all.

    Allergy Diet food.

    2 cups ground lamb

    1/2 cup grated carrots or zucchini

    1 cup cooked brown rice

    1/4 cup cottage cheese

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder



    Combine all ingredients and either mix in a blender or serve as is at room temperature.

    Won't the raw ground lamb or uncooked veggies be a problem? Or, is this supposed to be like steak tartar?
