A woman has been convicted for assaulting a police officer using… wait for it… her breasts. Ng Lai-ying, a 30-year-old woman from Hong Kong, was arrested after allegedly assaulting a police officer during a protest on March 1. In court Lai-ying claimed that an officer had reached out to grab her bag, but had made contact with her breast instead, at which point she allegedly screamed out ‘indecent assault!’. However the magistrates did not believe her story, and even accused her of using her ‘female identity to trump the allegation that the officer had molested you’, which they called a ‘malicious act’, according to the South China Morning Post. Still from a video allegedly showing Ng Lai-ying with her nose bloodied during her arrest (Picture: BC Magazine) While there are no details of what injuries the officer received (of how it is even possible to injure someone with your breasts), officer Chan Ka-po asserted that Lai-ying ‘bumped’ his arm with her breast. Footage from the protest showed Lai-ying with blood streaming from her nose, leading many to claim that she was in fact the person assaulted during the arrest. Source: Metro
How did I miss this... Police officers are fragile flowers ya know? Even boobs can cause debilitating injuries
I'm glad it wasn't me that got hit by her breasts; I'll probably have lifetime ptsd. Might have to undergo daily "slapping her breasts" treatment!
I think it was just an accident that the cop touch her boobs when she resisted arrest. She using that as an excuse to grab attention to threaten/scared the cop to back off. This cop is a bitch if he actually claims he was assaulted by her nice looking boobs. If she's the one bleeding from that pics, she was rugged up. The judge seems retarded from what I read, makes no sense.
She was quite obviously using her feminine body part as a legal tactic (and not a martial implement as the OP implied) to falsely allege intentional sexual misconduct on the officer's part, when it was clearly an accidental physical contact incidental to the course of a proper police action. In other words, she was caught in a lie and the judge very quickly called her on it, condemning her actions and instead finding her guilty of assaulting the officer as police attempted to maintain crowd control during the protest. It actually makes a lot of sense and the judge should be commended for his insightful recognition of the failings of human character. That is, he's probably been told this sort of bullshit story many times before and immediately saw it for what it was. In fact, it was only the media who trumped up the story by making a false headline akin to... "She attacked him WITH HER TITS!!!" ...to make the story seem salaciously bolder and thus worthy of a read. In essence this is just another, "charged with assault, defendant claims police misconduct" story, and this kind of counter claim (as a last ditch defense strategy) happens in courtrooms around the world every day of the week. Any seasoned judge would listen, roll their eyes, pronounce judgement and move on to the next case; as this judge so readily did. Totally tangential, but this story just reminded me of a Anime review I once saw:
