Personally, I think those who take selfies in close proximity of wildlife should all be criminally charged and made to pay huge fines. The evidence of such crimes would be easily collectable as these idiots freely display it on Facebook, Instagram, or social media. It would be a great way for the Parks Department to keep animals safe while gaining revenue.
I like to have someone to take pictures for me than take selfies by myself. A picture of just my face doesn't mean anything to me.
Actually, he's NOT the first one to have ever done this. It seems that once people get in front of a camera, they all want to do "something" different to have more social impact when viewed by others. Well, I guess accidental suicide is rather different. As in... DING!!! Darwin wins again!
