What is it with TVB? In just about EVERY single series, it seems that all the characters are somehow related to one another. What? Is HK so damned small that everyone comes from the same town or live in the same housing complex and interbreed with each other? Oh and the script writing in ep 08, with Madam's dad explaining to the audience why he's her dad and why he can't be seen with her. Come on TVB, can we stretch it even more? Throw in some long lost twin, missing cousin or pet cat back from the dead? Seriously speaking though, for once, I would like to see a TVB serial that doesn't involve interrelated major characters. These scripts are straight out of a failing class for creative writing 101. And that Lez Kiss scene? I was like, "Yeah, Mandy! You go girl... slip her the Tongue!" LOL... ole Chinese Salty Wet Man strikes again!
That is so true. I had the exact thoughts when I watched that scene. I was like "why the fuck is everyone related?"
Ratings for episode 1-5 = 25 (-3 from last week, peaking at 27) Ratings for episode 6 = 19 (-5 from last week) Ratings for episode 7 = 22 (-8 from last week)
I actually like the actors and actresses....but the typically TVB plot is really super predictable and lame...
Ep 10, more of TVB's "we are family" creative writing is apparent as it's revealed that everyone in the cast are actually siblings or related by marriage, LOL... Seriously, the entire writing department at TVB should be fired.
Those writers are pompous as hell, wouldn't admit their vision is flawed even outcries from the public/netizens. They will defend their decisions and critique you, the audience is the ones that's without imagination.
Dude.. Rebecca Zhu really reminds me of Fala. Anyone get this feeling? I know she was compared to Fala before.. but this drama I really get that feeling

The Dark Brother said, "I will take care of her..." ...and I bet he will. I guess it was all because she saw that Youtube video about Tapir Mating (Warning: Extremely NSFW) and realized that she wanted, er... more, out of life, LOL... Poor Sek Tow, who says, "Why'd it have to be a black guy? <sniff>" LOL... I thought it was Fala; I remember asking myself, "why does Fala look so short now?" Ha ha ha... They could easily pass for real life siblings. But seriously back to the story, little baby sister should've gotten shot. They're taking this artistic license thing too far. Oh, and the wiping of the gun after replacing the rounds? Useless. He forgot to wipe the bullets and his fingerprints are all over them. And, near the end, in the club, WTF kind of dance was that they were doing? Lamers... LOL... Spoiler: Hmmm... So she's a murderer, too? Classic.
