I think Mandy entering the pirate storyline makes it more watchable. I've been kinda skipping the Pirate Storyline and watching Ruco's side more. Ruco's side is more serious and much better acting than the other side. Even the new comer (Ruco's maid) in my opinion is so much more watchable Grace's constant screaming.
This drama is a stepping stone for Grace, it was catered to her, even though she's not the lead. She's gotten better I suppose, much better than Eliza, but you can tell she's acting to act. She has yet to be natural. As much as there is hate w/ Tony, he's been great, and fitting. The cassanova type fits him. Rucco has always played that type of role too, so it's natural for him.
I really enjoyed it whenever they focus back on Ruco's camp. I feel there's more struggle involved with his character. I hope with yesterday's episode where they're finally going to start battling is where Tony's camp starts being more serious. Not really enjoying the comedy part of this series
its not bad.. but having 2 stories going on at once is annoying... cant wait to see the fight scene with the cannons.. haha
Ruco is the ONLY reason this series isn't a complete failure...I have to say, pirate storyline aside, his acting in this series is one of the strongest I've seen from him btw - does anyone else think Grace's acting or character absolutely ENRAGING...I haven't been this enraged watching a drama before...her character is literally retarded...she jumps to conclusions and falls in love faster than a $5 whore!

+ 1 I agree with you about Ruco's acting. I didn't want to watch this serie but I have some spare time now so I started it yesterday and not as bad as I thought. It's "watchable". Nobody will notice this except me, (I know you guys prefer naked people...) but the clothes are quite well designed. You make me laugh when you talk about Grace
