If you clicked on that same link, you should see TVPAD4 New Apps Update, Download that and extract it into a USB Flash Drive, plug it in and the batch install menu will show up, Click install and it will install all 23 updated apps for you. ATM i still couldn't get it to work. Still researching and trying others DNS, there are new DNS everyday so I am just trying them all lol
Right now no matter what DNS I use, It will give me the message "Use of TVPad is restricted. For more information, please contact the seller"

As for now, after reading most of the comments on other forums, it seems like US customers are banned via IP and DNS, not allowing access to the contents. Seems like the only way around it is using VPN through router. At least that's what some people are saying when using TVPad 4, not too sure about the other ones. You can try different DNS to see if you can access any VOD or live streams.
UPDATE: My tvpad 3 still works with DNS 110 (USA). Tvpad 4 only works on new apps like Youku and Vego. TVB and Betv still cannot connect.
Hi, This is what I received in my email today. I guess according to this email, It only works on TVPad4 5.054. I don't know how to read chinese but google translated majority of it for me. I think the link provided is to update the apps but not the firmware. So if you didn't update firmware manually, can you please try this and let me know if it works. Do you know if there ways to install android .apk on it such as vchannel? If that's possible, I don't even need TVpad
Download what I posted and remove all the apk you don't want and put in the apk you want to install, leave the batchinstall file in there and put it all into a usb flash drive and see if that works
Downloading the files/apk, there isn't much apps that allow you to watch TVB dramas still. They provided a 2 or 3 live streaming TV apps, which is able to stream a few TVB drama when using a DNS... at least that's what I am experiencing right now in the US.
