Wasn't watching the game but Germany and France were playing and you could hear how loud the bomb went off from the broadcast. Looks like the body count has been amended down to about 130, but there's supposedly 80 or so in critical condition. Not a good day at all. This is something that civilized nations are going to have to get in front of. That is, disregard sovereignty and just go after these guys wherever they're hiding.

In the aftermath of the mass terror attacks in Paris, Brussels is now on alert, fearful of a repeat on their turf. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-34889144 What's interesting about this is, the Belgians closed off the Metro in Brussels until Sunday. To me, this means that they had actionable intelligence, and anticipated an imminent attack on their Metro. Since the daily ridership is roughly 360K people, it is obviously a huge inconvenience to close their entire Metro.
