Everyone in my family snores. Either my dad or brother snores the loudest, but I'm not too sure about myself because I can't listen to myself snore.
try the 3M nose strip, I heard it works really well. However, the idea of pinching their nostrils when they sleep is funny.
practically all the guys in my family snore ahaha. oh and talk in their sleep. its so annoying when my uncle sleeps over at our house. you can probably hear his snores miles away -lol

I vote myself as a bad snorer. My snoring can be heard even across the thick walls of hotel rooms- to my embarassment. Is there a cure? many suggestions but from experience, I think there is no 'cure' as it is in us-snorers. Ask a non-snorer whether he/she snores? The answer is normally, No. However, all of us snore-when we are tired. Non snorers don;t know that they snore until someone tells them that they do!

my bro snores...when we used to share the same room, it was loud but once i fell asleep, it didn't bother me.. deep sleeper
