well the side of Vancouver isn't all that great either. all there is to do (where i live) is go to the mall... which is really boring now. everyone hates Metrotown.
yeah there's nothing to do here in Burnaby. the only malls nearby other than Metro are Brentwood and Lougheed, which are totally crappy. =\
You could..... 1. Go skiing at Whistler or Grosse Mtn in the winter 2. hike through Stanley park 3. go jogging at QE park and enjoy the beautiful flowers 4. hang out by the beach @ Pt. Grey 5. Walk around Granville Island 6. Take the ferry to Victoria to enjoy the gardens and parliament bldgs
1. Whistler is a bit far.. and i dont ski - not since i was 12 anyway. wish i kept it going though. xD 2. yeep funfun!! 3. far for me.. why go jogging there when i can jog here in Burnaby? =P 4. this'll make me sound majorly weird/hermity but i hate beaches 5. i love Granville!! 6. i go there much too much.. but yeah its so beautiful there. =]
\ I've heard or I read somewhere that Vancouver is the single single that have the most chinese population in it in the World. As for me, I use to be from Saint-Jerome, QC (45 min north of Montreal (car)) now I am at Burnaby BC (2 sky train station away from Metrotown! woot ^^)
