i have tried to configue utorrent to open ports for it but when i test if i have done it right it says "Port Not Open".. i dont know what i have done wrong and i have read everything!!! but still no help.. i have paid 1gb broadband internet.. and the speed on utorrent is really slow like 0.5! and i can't seem to connect to all peers! :[[[[[[[[[[[[ Also i have a windows firewall but have allowed utorrent on it..
have you configured your adsl modem' s firewall rules to allow inbound services for the bittorrent port? I'm sure if you give details about the modem you are using someone will help you configure it.
