I agree men and women can never be equal why is it when a girl beats up a guy she is powerful and the other way around the guy is a jerk... not saying its right for the guy to beat the girl but just an example
I don't think there will ever be such a thing as equality between the sexes, just like how there will never be equality amongst religions, races, nations ect. We're talking Utopia here.
Majority of the hardwork are done by men anyway. Women will never be equal. Once we clone humans, we won't need women anymore lol j/k. Anyway, I don't like today's women. They can't even cook. You walk into most of the restaurants, most of the men are chefs. I know I'm being sexist but it's true and it's only for fun. Go ahead ladies. Attack me.
I think anyone can learn to cook. Most men are just too insecure in their manhood to step into the kitchen with an apron.

Equal as an equal power with in the society? Of course, and hopefully soon. Societies where greater equality exist, I am certain will benefit a lot. And just look at the US, with Pelosi, she has the top 3rd place of power within the US politics. I would not be surprised if within 8 years we will see a female president.
Our society is set up where women lack privilege that men do--it shows via wages, politics, etc. SO it's going to take a lot in terms of time and men giving up and being okay with reversals in power structures before anything changes drastically.
I don't think men are superior to women or vice versa, but it's hard to say that they get the same opportunities. Theoretically, they're meant to be equal and treated the same way, but in practice, it's not always true.
women should be treated equal with men, so let's allow them to do the heavy part of construction work, creating bridges, repairing crane at high altitude, installing cable on the highway or installing the high tension electric cable also at high altitude at high noon, installing explosive for mountain levelling at quarry site, working at the sawmill cutting log, working in the jungle doing the chainsaw log cutting, installing and doing welding on big piping in deep ocean intercontinental crossing etc, creating deep sea tunnel crossing straits, 6 months at the sea as a big commercial ship Captain, offshore petroleum job also living in the middle of nowhere at the sea, mines sweeping and destroying at Vietcong area in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq etc etc.... "Ok now wait-wait-wait, so what about my lovely skin, no way I don't want dark skin, pimples, black spot, oh no my make-up finish!, my lipstick, no way, I don't want to stay in the jungle or 6 month at the sea, what about my window shopping, trying new dress, going to the tanning studio bla-bla-bla"
