I converted RMVB to DVD on to my hard disk then use NERO movie option to create the movie with menu options (episode screens) on the hard disk. A quick test using using WinDVD 7. if all OK burn on DVD and watch on TV.

Well that depend how are you plan to watch it with. If you plan to watch it on TV you can convert it dvd which is a vob file it take time to convert.Normally I combine five eps into one disk. If is a show like welcome to the house I do 10 chapter a disk. second choice VCD since you mention cdr but the quality go down alot, if you have a divx playeryou can convert to divx or AVI. If it is for PC many choices easy way is if you have a mod XBOX, just FTP the file to the box and watch it like that, provided that you have the latest XBMC which it can decode almost all the format. It all comes down to your preference

You can't put 5 episodes on 1 CD but you can on 1 DVD. DVD-r is cheaper to buy but make sure your DVD writer can write DVD-R. 50 DVD-r cost under £8 plus postage.

To make sure everything works before burning DVD (save money), convert (use winavi) rmvb files to DVD on the hard disk first. Use Nero movie option to make movie, DVD format 4.7 GB, DVD-9 format 8GB. Please note older player can't play DVD-9 format.

    Got a couple questions myself...

I'm just learning to burn DVDs with Nero so I would appreciate some help...
    1) How do you burn with Nero?
    2) What format should I convert my files to if quality is my ONLY concern?

Nero cannot convert RMVB to DVD. You have to use other program (like winavi) to convert RMVB to DVD first. Once converted use movie option in Nero to burn DVD.

Yea...I convert my rmvb files with WinAVI...but I'm having trouble burning it to a DVD.

Which movie option do I use in Nero? Which option is it from the Nero SmartStart menu?
