Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not inst

    I can't play any movies on my Windows media player 8.0 It keeps on saying that "Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because a compatible DVD decoder is not install".. And i have downloaded k-lite codec pack but don't know how to use it on windows media player.. Any help would be good.

    did u try reinstalling k-lite codec again ?

    Yes i have but what do i need to do with the K-lite codec? So i've installed it and whats next?

    i mean do i need to configure anything on media player or on K-lite codec once i've installed it ? I'm abit confused

    stop using wm and use vlc media player.
