In NYC, it is a big melting pot... so many interacial datings and marriages. I have many cute chinese girlfriends who married those "kwai-loh"... there are equal propotion chinese guy friends dated and married those "kwai-poh".
I totally disapprove of interracialness simply because white girls have no chance of continuing chinese culture. I mean, no white person will want to speak, hear and breathe chinese 24/7. she'll want to be white some of the time. again I'm a total racist.
There's more and more everyday. I call those asian girls with white guy 'traitors'. brainwashed by western ideas/culture they don't care about their culture anymore or don't value it it anymore, pretty sad really. All asians in western society should try to preserve their culture and values.

I understand your opinion of preserving culture and values, but calling them traitors becoz they love someone who's white...? that's just being conservative or jealous... if a girl really loves you, she'll also love your Chinese part...
there's nothing wrong with being conservative if you choose to be conservative. sure, she'll love your chinese part, but what are the chances that the kid will continue the chinese part?
good to hear that I often ask myself why does the media always push the idea or white guy with asian girl and not the other way around? hmmm there needs to be some changes. All the stereo types and prejudices on asians guys to grow up with is very tough.. I see a asian guy with a white girl I cheer with victory! so I guess seeing the other way around its a good slap in the face to us so... 'traitors!'

believe me you don't want an interracial marriage. I know from personal experiance the emotional turmoil the child has to go through (his life whole life), It can get very confusing figuring out who you are where you actually belong. Yes some say you can become part of both , but you are never completely accepted by either. Is it worth all the hassel ????????????
well, he can always just say that he's half _____ and half ______ . or "mixed". but yeah, the asian part of his family generally won't look too highly upon that. unless of course your relatives are trying to be as white as possible. as mine are, sadly.
