Ummm... I try to jog for about 3-4km each day... Trying to get more fit, I think I've gotten heavier throughout this year. =/
I exercise 4 times in a 5 day cycle, rest one day, and then go and begin week 2 of the cycle (its divided into 5 weeks of different exercise). Once the boxing gym opens again, I'm going to add two sessions a week there. Have to get down down from 70 to 60kg before end of March.
Recently I go to gym 5 days a week and play badminton almost every weekend. Sooner I'm going attend kickboxing, yogaroebic and intro-step classes =P
where from the world are u guys from? Working out seems to be more of a western world kinda thing,coz the lifestyle in HK for the average person doesnt realy seem to let u workout i.e at the gym wivout extortionate prices.
I'm hoping to work in China in a few months, I'm a bit worried as I think I'll look absolutely massive compared to all the asian girls - I'm not asian and I'm fairly tall too. I hope to do some exercise and diet before I go.
i used to exercise and pretty atletic back in the time when i was still in high school...but rarely now since college time is different from high school..plus, too lazy to wait up early to jog
uh..does walkin from lounge to bedroom countless times in a day count?`` its like a 10metre distance..pretty long..`` love` mon
haha i have to laugh! i always say im gonna do exercise but never get to do it, i try make up for it but eating less fatty food now need to get back on the treadmill for summer!!!
last sem i was on school basketball team, so worked out with the team about 4 times a week for about 2-3 hours.. but i stopped halfway cause of school and the workout was too crazy.. gona pick it up this sem tho ;]
Tried to do at least 30-45 minutes on epllitical machine everyday. Eat light lunch (mostly salad) and drink plenty of water.
if you count doing sports than at least once a week. if you count walking to school then its like everyday.
