Use either Make Your Own Dvd, or just launch Nero Vision, which gives you the starting options to pick from.

I'm using AVS Convertor to convert almost any kind of video format, even mp4 and 3gp but I still haven't found anything to convert mkv and ogm into avi or mpg.
Does anyone know a soft which can handle these 2 formats ????

Your 10 episodes when converted to DVD will be more than 10GB and nero dvd-9 format only allow up to 8.?GB (or under 9GB). So it can't be done useing nero. I don't think you should put more than 5 episodes to one dvd because the picture quality will be bad.

Does anyone know once you convert it and burn it on a DVD, can you change the language on your DVD player? Some of the dramas has two languages.

The only format that can be burned to DVDs are .vob/.mpeg-4. If quality is your concern download a high quality avi format of what ever you want to burn.

I'm using nero 7 too, if you wanna make dvds with menus just click 'Make your own Dvd-Video' from nero startsmart. If you can't find that, just go to nero vision and make your dvd there.

you can choose Nero burning rom from smartstart, then choose dvd (when menu popsup) and select dvd video then click new at the bottom. When explorer type window pops up drag your video ts folder to the video ts folder and click the burn botton.
