When I attempted to download files on 'rapidshare' and 'megaupload', I got a restriction saying that the following address '64.XXXXXX' had downloaded too much and that I had to wait for 100-300 mins. However, prior to that I hadn't downloaded anyting at all, and I got the restriction comment each time I attempted to dl something. In addition, the ip address listed on the download sites did not match the ip address on my computer (24.XXXXXX). The internet service I am using is Shaw (Canada), does that have to do with anything? Is shaw using a shared ip so that I can't download any files from these sites no matter what? If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thank you
