well i havnt been to hk since 15yrs, but go to tha busiest part in town and search 4 tha most glamourous shop lolx stupid rite
i'm going to HK in march break. AND planning on getting a haircut too!..but i'm also going to taiwan...so i dunno which place to get my haircut
Dunno a good place, but ive seen plenty of hairdressers in Mong Kok, but I could be completely wrong cause i dont get me haircut in HK
i've heard the esprit salon is pretti good. i havent tried it myself, but my friend went there n said its good.
from uk, any salon in hk is good and much cheaper too, an average pric ehere is about £35 which is soo expensive.
For budget cuts, I'd go to Kim Robinson for Esprit in WongKok, cost about 400HKD but there's student discount. If you aim for glamourous, go to Orient 4 in Lan Kwai Fong! superchic place but cost about 1000HKD-1500HKD for a cut.
£100 haircut isnt the most expensive ive seen....my friend how had a haircut in china town in london..spent like £180 and i was like whoa...
Got haircuts in 2 different places last year; one in a trendy looking salon in Yuen Long and one 'basic' looking one in Tuen Mun. I was the most happy with the hairdressers in Tuen Mun which surprised me as I thought they might be the crappy cheap ones. Paid a cheap price, about 150 HK dollar which is very cheap if you compare to the prices I normally have to pay over here. Conclusion; There are lots of decent hairdressers in HK and unless your money is burning in your wallet, you'd better give the less trendy looking salons a chance.
