No offense, but I don't understand where do you get this sentiment that everything taste like chicken. I rarely eat chicken (except for wings, of course), I am more of a red meat person. Besides the staples that are beef, veal, lamb, mutton, pork, I consume more than my fair share of common edible fowls: duck, goose, quail, turkey. Each of them have a very distinct taste and texture, unless of course it is over-seasoned, then everything taste just like the next. Personally, I like fish and seafood the most.
