My favourite at the moment is Alaskan wild salmon sashimi with concentrated japanese soy sauce. My second is boiled cuttlefish (though I hate that orangy red colour dye used which reminds me of that aweful weapon of mass destruction called Agent Orange and I wish Chinese restaurants around the world would stop using it so that the cuttlefish looks white which is what fish meat should look - the only colour it needs then is soy sauce again!) , my third favourite mille feuille (best consumed in Paris, my default favourite when I am not sure what to eat in Chinatown and want to eat quickly (roast duck and rice).
lol Agent Orange?? wtf...?? but uhh.. isn't it because its some kinda sauce that makes it orange.. =/. Bunch of other foods gets dyed..
And want to add Soy Sauce Duck and Fried Chicken with Thick Lemon Sauce -chef And I trully miss the flat white buns one of my Grandma's used to make; they were really simple just dough and water, some sugar and salt and all you needed was a traditional oven and some banana leaves. And my mum can't make them. -cry2

pho still has its time to viet ppl namely me. fine. if pho cant be said, ill go for these: coq-au-vin: marinated chicken in white wine. boeuf bourguignon: beef stew cooked with red wine. beer chicken: roasted chicken with beer. goooood stuff. and lastly, the all-american 32 oz PRIME STEAK. i actually finished that once.... damn it was huge.... and i was still hungry the day i ate that monster LOL

ok ok fine. what i didnt mention was that 10 oz of that steak was bones. BUT i did finish the rest of it im serious tho, it says 32 oz on the menu. you dont have to believe me. i know im telling the truth.
