I think the best way to turn a girl into ur friend is to just call her a friend and that pretty much ends it. She may still be into u but she understands that u called her a friend therefore u determine the state of the relationship. Also to make sure u don't make any advances towards her that makes u seem like u guys are going out. Keep it as hanging out in a group of people. Some good examples of things u can say is thanks for being a friend or hey whats up pal? and treat her like one of the guys.

The line that I use... after a few jokes (usually a joke about a flaw of hers) i say "and that's why we'll always be just friends". Except for the really stupid ones, they get hint.

There are no real "girls with benefits" zone, saying something like that to a girls' face just makes the guy sound disrespectful to women. However, there is a solution that will yield similar results. You keep doing what you're doing to make girls stick to you like glue. You NEVER mention anything about being just friends. Flirting is fun anyways. Don't get me wrong, I'm a very faithful bf... as long as I've agreed to being exclusive with the girl.
