i think you either slowly get over it or get USED to the sadness best solution is to keep yourself occupied
i think it just takes time .... during this period, you have to social more with friends and just try not to hide from the outside world ... otherwise, you will never heal yourself
spend time w. friends and family, enjoy time for yourself, be happy for yourself, not for the other person..there's always someone out there that's more perfect for you..
i really agree with you, family and frends are the best.... and not listen to (love)usic... cause it hurts very much... i will take some drinks and playing games to forget everything....
Fork out some cash, go travel alone or with your best fren. Go to beaches and get urself tanned. Let the other party know, without him\her, you are living in a much more happier and better way.

I recommand commiting sucide for the quick and fastest solution... For the painless solution... I would place a tube from the exhaustion into your car and wait for 15 min... and slowly drifting off and hopefully you'll go to heaven =)...
