I have a pretty balanced set of Mugen characters that I tinkered with (modifying some damage output and damage mitigation numbers). I think I'm hovering around 200 characters. PM me if that interests you. I found them all over the net and took me a few months to gather, so I'm sure I can help you out with some *harder* to find characters that are banned on alot of sites. =T Holy/God Ken anyone? Overpowered is all I have to say.
