Actually, there was a documentry about the history of prisons in America on MSNBC a while back and this old guy that swears he was there when the whole sagging started and that was how homosexuals or inmates made it clear they were either homos or the property of another inmate. He also says that he thinks it's sad how the sagging trend has become popular in the U.S. If I find out what documentry it was I'll inform you. I think he's in his late 80's maybe early 90's now or dead. Not sure. Well the page you've posted agree's that sagging began in prison also. Now whether the homosexual or proprietary thing is true or not is still unclear but since my version was in a prison documentry and yours in from some web page, I'm going to stick with the documentry.
