There is a user called pgtop who is answering all topics in all groups with very short and unpersonal messages. Is this considered spamming?

scenario 1: he thinks casshern is a girl, and wants to go out with him. scenario 2: he thinks casshern is the girl in his post, and yet again, wants to go out with him. scenario 3: he thinks the girl casshern posted in his post is an actual person on PA, and wants to go out with her. weird
