but you cant hack a psp which has the new firmwares on it = the official retail PSPs

which is why if u get em in HK, they can are guaranteed to be hackable

 

u can downgrade ur psp lol...my friend doin it for me next month or when i have time

 

^ yeh you can, but you cant downgrade the newest psp! which is why its best for me to get my psp from HK, where its already downgraded and ready to hack

plus its gonna be a lot cheaper from HK then if I bought it in UK!
