when playing a new game, my friend keeps skipping through all the instructions, even when there are other people there too. Than we are stuck always loseing because we dont know how to play and it's just so annoying to listen to him complain about the wait while we (when he have control of player one) that waiting is boring and pointless
i do that i hate reading instructions doesnt soak in my mind unless i play it first hand then if im stuck i look for the clues. I hate waiting to play a game
same as ang.. i usually just go to the video game's controller option, study all of the buttons, and i kick ass after lol on the other hand, my younger brother reads the instructions for the hell of it lol when hes bored, he reads it, even tho he already kicks ass in the games lmao
If it's important then I read it... unless it's like something you can figure out.. like.. press X to jump... =/
I agree.. most games dun need instructions to play. So I read them only if its necessary. N its more fun exploring on my own
I read/not read the instructions depending on what type of game it is, I mean what's the point in reading instructions for soemthing like a fighting game you can just figure those out by pressing every button.
I read the instructions sometimes. Depends how much time I have before I get to play the game, (eg. buy the game and the drive home takes long, so I sit in the car reading the book - thats when i was younger tho). Oh yeh, I read the instructions to find out the controls, too lazy to press buttons to guess wat they do and have to remember it. I rkn its better to just read and then try and then thats it, continue the game.
Instructions are for the weak...READING is for the weak ....jk to those that read instructions. It's not that i have a problem with instructions, i mean i use them only to tell me which buttons i need to press and i leave that instruction manual somewhere in my room to collect dust. But really i mean other then that usage an isntruction manual doesn't generally tell you anything a six year old couldn't guess....i mean like "I wonder howi start the game?" Well the big glowing sign saying start game could be your first guess.....I mean nothing against peeps who do use instructions it's just imo it's not that useful or practical.
Always play first... then I end up not knowing how to play... Then, I start all over again to read the instruction... I know it's stupid... but that's how I like it w00t
i play the game straight away... i never read instructions, most of the games are quite stright forward.
questions, for those who dont read, are you also the same people who dont read instrauctions before putting something new together? like a new chair?
^ Nope... That's completely 2 different thing... Game is a game and I only do it for a game... While game is only for fun... Chair you have to sit on... So if you f*k that up... you gonna end up breaking your spine
