as a guy , i think we should pay for the first few dates then after that the couple sould take turns. because if you pay for all her stuuf she will be spoiled and always expect you to pay.
To me it really depends on how much i dig the chick. If she is worth it, hell yeah. If not, i'll probably still do it just for the hell of it. Just cuz its a guy thing and its just a credit card. Females of course should invest money on cosmetics....well not too much make-up....its just plain nasty. Nice perfume, cloths, accessories...etc. If ur date looks bad, it also reflects to the other person.
i refuse to let a girl pay for food on a date, i always front the cash when it comes to meals.. although there was a case where this one chick made such a fuss about wanting to pay for the stuff that i let her and then slipped a twenty into her purse when she wasnt looking.. hahaha i dunno if that makes me traditional or what, not that i care; its just how i roll.

Aren't you afraid to come across as a cheap ass for a Chinese/Asian guy? (I suppose you're Asian) Besides, you still have no guarantee that the girl will stay with you after a couple of dates? What if she dumps you after 2 years, after you've paid loads of dinners for her?
