I dun get it.. sounds contradicting to me.. or u meant "wouldn't" instead? But i guess its possible that during those 40 years, he/she never really thought that sex was important, and that there was nth wrong with the lack of it. Perhaps at 40 yrs old, he/she suddenly feels sexually awaken? And apart from prostitution he/she can't think of any other way to get laid? Well..
