Shouldn't the gunman have shot the involved persons instead of shooting randomly at innocent students? Anyhow, he shouldn't have killed anyone at all as there must be other ways to revenge or to make his message clear.

i'm from tech. I didn't get the campus locked down notice until 2 hours after the first shooting... If they made the decision to close down the god damn campus earlier, maybe more could be saved. I don't know how the police get this idea of him running off campus.
