i guess you don't have to worry too much yet.....since i was a bit chubby when i was around 12 but now that im around 5`11 ....it seems like im not as chubby anymore....well at least that's what ppl around me say -lol

Ok, I'll be honest, you're a little chubby. I think you know your current situation best, don't come online and ask cause some jerks will write malicious comments for kicks or just make fun of you.
Not fat at all. Im pretty sure in a yr or 2, ur height will change your family and friends opinion of you. Best way to burn fat is to moderate your diet (fruits and veggies) and do to cardio exercise like swimming. as for Phy pHy, not recommended to do jogging unless if you want to have "developped" legs.

well as people has said before, it's hard to judge just from your face picture. But anyway, just from the face pics... I don't think you're fat. I say it's just more meaty chubbier face. I don't think you can change your facial features by working out. Aiya, but that kinda leads you to think about plastic surgery. But before you think of that, I say how your face makes you look depends a lot on what you're wearing. Since we know certain clothings (like horizontal stripes or white colors) tend to make you wider. (hence black or vertical stripes = thin/taller) Finally, you're 13! Many things can change in a few years at that age especially! Some people go through that "cubbier" stage ~the preteen years. so I say start jogging or exercising lightly + try to see how you eat. One less chocolate every few days actually adds up~ (yeah.. that's from personal experience) Oh, and SMILE there! Smiling adds to you lookin' better. =)
put everything into perspective, ur 13 -- as said before, you will change rapidly in the next few years -- no need to panice , only ur family is saying ur fat - they might just want you to get out more and do more exercise -- out of the house and away from the computer, even on this forum u can see ppl have differing opinions so ask for opinions and seek advice but don't do everything everyone tells you. Weigh up the advice, consider who they r coming from, ask yourself the same questions, do some research. This is my opinion: the most important thing is to remain healthy no matter what you decide. Having extreme diets is not healthy, and is not a good solution to lose weight for the long term. Eat healthier and do fun things that use up a lot of energy that you enjoy. My personal favourite, playing Wii Sports and basketball. Cheers!
just the face? Looks like you have a little baby fat. But in order to have a precise judge, you have to post pictures of your whole body. But by lookig at these pix, I wouldn't call you fat.
