    ^ Most people are not on dial-up now, do they?? It will take FOREVER to load a page =_=b plus, if they are on dial-up, they wouldn't be able to dig up 36 threads and post within an hour. It's snail speed dial-up we are talking about (and yes, I am spoiled, I have ADSL since 1999 :p)

    Though I am sure there are plenty of ways to get around that IP thing.
