Hm, he probably is either 1> likes you or 2> finds you interesting (may develop into liking you) or 3> he likes someone else in your group (unlikely as he just works on annoying YOU, not your friends).

You must be rather young I assume.. My take is he is interested in you cos thats what boys do when they like a gal.. They try to get their attention. And most boys dunno what to do except to tease, probably thinking they are funny, humorous and entertaining. But since you feel annoyed.. then just ignore him.
