my childrens names will be chinese only - ones that sound nice in english as well as in chinese- think i have a hard time thinking lol - i like my chinese name, my older sister and my brothers too -come to think of it- my dad- so cant really be that hard - right?!
Uhm, I want them to have a chinese name but english name too. Boy: Matthew or William Girl: Victoria or Isabella But hey, maybe in the future I will change my mind
i'd worry abt it wen the time comes since its not just 1 persons decision tho i'd prefer to pick a unique name for him/her but nothing crazily stupid hehehe
When I have children I would give them both a Chinese name and an English name - just makes it that much easier for people to pronounce and remember English names, mainly because I like in hte UK. I like the names Lin, Jennifer and Ryan
Yay! neva_1437, my name is Angela haha and I just felt pretty happy that my name got actaully picked. And when you name is a pin-yin, discrimination is probably going to happen. But both an english and a chinese name would be given to my kid, just so they won't have to face any problems in the future.
I'll do what most Hollywood celebraties do... name their children with the weirdest and most awkward names... like: Apple Kal-el Phinnaeus Puma Audio Science
