I have the S10 iRiver, and it is quite good. However, you get some _grey_ sound with them when you use the Shure E530 (but these ear phones are quite sensetive and are at 500 usd, so the iriver s10 clearly wasnt desgined for it) (for the shure earphones go to http://www.headphone.com/products/headphones/in-ear-monitor/shure-se530.php ) But the S10 works great with the portable cans from ATH Edit: I used to have an older sony walkman (usb) player, but I found sonic stage horrible, but with the new players, I have read that sony is leaving sonic stage finally. Used to own an iPod nano (but the s10 took over) =]....and the iPod photo 60 gb is just too big =(
I prefer u to get the sony products. They r great, the battery is longer than the other mp3 players, and Sony's software is easy to use.
shiiiit my 4 year old ipod is starting to go downhill, the battery charge on it only lasts for roughly 1 hour now... i might haveta go out and buy a new one soon
