but really tho. did u like it? and if u did, please explain me why u did. cause i don't get. she tortured the poor guy throughout the movie. i guess when the big *twist* in the end happened, i sorta went "oh my god!". but other than that, when the movie finished, i pretty much wanted my hour and a bit of time back

Well.. in a way I guess it is personal. It was cos I could emphatise with her situation.. She was kinda oppressed since young, which influenced the development of her character. She always wanted and thought that she could just do whatever she wants. It was her way of hiding her emotions.. but in the end, you realised life was not so simple.

I felt that the movie was funny and touching.. I watched it more than once.

Btw the movie was filmed in 2001. It was great then. And I was much younger. Perhaps the age and past experiences of the audience also affects how one views the movie.. which is why I think it is sth personal..

O.. realised I didn't ans your qn.. I loved that movie. My first Korean movie in fact. Still one of the best on my list.
O.. that.. It was good too, but not great. Have you watched part 2 & 3?

I like A Millionaire's First Love too. There are a few scenes inside that are touching. But too bad the ending gotta be like that

Nah dude. I don't know what all the fuss is all about with My Sassy Girl and Windstuck. Seen much better Korean movies. Not funny to me. Found it pretty annoying... the storyline and the acting. The main actress is suited 4 these roles but i just dont think its my thing. Best romantic/comedy/emotional movie ive seen so far is either "My Girl and I" or "Fly High" or "A Moment To Remember". All have great storylines, awesome acting by young K stars, funny moments, emotional moments and just a plot that makes sense in the REAL world. They all have storylines that could be true or could happen.

I guess everyone has their own unique taste.
