If he chases after you to apologize or maybe not on the spot, but later on, and trying to explain himself and understand your behavior, then we can conclude that he does like you. But, if you dont want to go that extreme, talk to him and ask him if he likes you. Either way, you will get your answer.
lol but then he would probably think im mean or petty just because i got mad at him for stealing my fries. and i dont think i could actually ask him upfront if he does like me. cause it would sound awkward. >.< ahhh.
