For PS2 i thought Fatal Frame was very creepy. PC game, i recently played this RPG action game Vampire Bloodlines: The Masquerade. Pretty cool and creepy!-clapclap
I saw and kind of played Fatale Frame (Not a PS/2 owner myself), but it was great the few times I played it (in bits and pieces) the frames were really creepy. And of course, Silent Hill is super because a 150cm girl can SO TOTALLY swing a pipe to fight off zombie-ish monsters. Comic value, comic value
Nothing beats in Silent Hill 3 (I think) where the girl end up in a amusement park thing and fight off monsters with her twig-like arm holding a pipe longer than her arm... And yeah, Billy Coen (in Resident Evil Zero) has this "optional" weapon of a... dagger thing the length of his palm... Classic You just have to try fighting zombies with that, it was really fun until you realize zombies cannot be killed by slashing with a peeling knife =_=
I never used the knife.. I ALWAYS use the gun. I get really freaked out when they are near me. I always stay a distance...
Resident evil and silent hill. God, I had to play it with a blanket covering me when the lights is off XD Someone told me fatal frame wasn't scary, haven't tried it yet.
Hmm come to think of it Resident evil is more excitement than scariness... I mean, hack n slash. Meanwhile Fatal Frame is like really creepy. The music, the ambience. For PC games, if u like RPG and action, do try out this VTMB game. It's different from normal RPG games where u gotta use skills and wits more than just normal hack n slashing. U get XP points only for completing quests n not killin enemies. There's this haunted hotel quest which reminds u of The Shining... the zombie quest... the werewolf quest (chasing u and it's invincible) . It's a pity it's full of bugs but they haf made patches for it.
Lights off in the room hehe. You should try, makes more thrilling, especially with the backround music to the game. Agree that resident evil is more on the excitment side.

Resident Evil Zero and 4 were really brilliant when lights are off... and it's in the middle of the night (yet you KNOW for a fact that at one point or another someone will call... give you a deja-vu of Ringu )
Vampire Bloodlines: The Masquerade I think I remember seeing a trailer or something for this... didn't it come out for xbox?? 18+ ayy... maybe I should see if my comp meets the requirements... -lol Fatal Frame I heard was pretty good... they had like what 3 of 'em?? damn look at you hiake... got everyone all rowl'd up with these zombie games... I'm seriously thinkin' about playing some of these silent hill games... but errytime I the pics n trailers hahaha I dunno mang... -lol n Origins coming out for psp... maybe I'll try it out...
I am sure ur comp will meet the requirement, this game is made in 2004 It's really cool and the dialogue is good! esp if u pick malkavian as ur character. They r loony and supposed to be able to read minds. So u'll haf options in dialogue and sometimes what u answer may determine the outcome of ur quest But my PC kept restarting, i have no idea why. Perhaps becoz i am usin a pirated copy. -emb

hahaha.. I'll make sure to look for the 'right' version first... yea the game looked like there was lotta stuff to do... *suck blood*.... playing as a real vampire... -lol
Suckin blood is just one of the fun things to do in the game. What u get to do in the game also depends on what 'clan' vampire u choose to be. (different disciplines equals different abilities) So far i have played two clans but i didn't finish the second one yet. The good thing abt this game is the replay value is high bcoz there are usually a few ways to complete a quest... for eg. U can either use stealth/ d sneaky way or u can go off on a killin rampage or u can seduce/persuade etc.
