Hello all, I was just wondering what you guys think about people who are gay or lesbians? Is anyone against it? I'm not in favour of it nor against it, so I guess I'm ok with it. How about you?

wow, no one seem to want to reply to this... its awkward at times, but nothing against it. I sort of live and work in the gay community so i can't really be chauvinistic about it.

i personally have no hostility towards homosexuals whatsoever. some people believe a person's sexual orientation is a personal "choice", but i think it's more innate than anything, so i don't see the point in hating on someone for their choice in sexual partners if it's not something they can control. i think love has more to do with the laws of attraction than the laws of logic.

    just my $.02 :)

I am nuetral. I think everyone has the right to choose to be straight or lesbian/gay. Its just different "interest". Some of my friends are lesbians/gay, but i dont really care because its not like they will hurt in any ways.

i am a christian but at the same time i have gay friends. Should i be against them and lost my friendship due to my religion? Interesting...but yea i guess i come to terms with it. I love my religion and i love my friend!

I've a few friends that are gay and they are not different from my other friends apart from that their partners are in the same gender as they. In Sweden it's also legal with homosexual-marriage since a few years back and most of the population agree to the "your life, your choise"-rule.

Unfortunately there'll always be some narrow-minded people that stand for the opposite. That's nothing to care about at all, since it's none of their business.

I don't have a problem with it. Although some of the flamboyant ones are really annoying

Would you be flattered on any level if a gay man hit on you?

You know how in those chick flicks where the gal always have a gay best friend at her side to give her beauty advice n shoulder to cry on and stand up for her? Just like My best friend's wedding... I wish i have a gay friend like that :p
So far, i don't think i know any gay friends, not that i know of.
IMO, gals can tolerate being hit on by lesbians but guys can't stand being hit on by gays. My ex-bf punched his gay flatmate b4 becoz he tried to touch him.

Well trying to touch someone too much, is a little more serious than being hit on. I was eating at Cosi, and the girls I was eating with were talking about how hot the waiter was, and how they wanted to get his attention. But as we were leaving he was checking ME out. hahaha. I think it's kind of flattering, as long as the guy isn't too forward, but isn't that the same as when a guy hits on a girl?

I think it's not really my business so long as they don't try to molest me =_=b In which case it is gross regardless of the gender of the "attacker"

But I guess it's besides the point. My attitude is "live and let live"

Dat's my observation... Guys tend to be more grossed out while gals feel flattered.
