lol yellow fever is a strong preference for dating members of the Asian race. You would only apply the term 'Asian fever' to individuals who are caucasian, African, Indian etc. Usually when one has Asian fever they will be unable to become interested in anyone of the opposite sex unless they are of some asian race.
Black dudes can have Yellow Fever, too. Everyone is into Asian girls. The largest group of people that actually wouldn't like an Asian girl, is an Asian person.
